KSubtitleRipper is a GUI for KDE to rip DVD subtitles. It uses subtitleripper to extract subtitles from .vob files and to create the .srt file, and gocr to convert subtitle images to text.

A new release which fix a bug in UTF-8 systems is ready .

Christian Marillat has build a package for debian sid. Add the next line to sources.list:

Release 0.2 is ready now.

- Ask for saving the subtitle when it's changed without saving.

Choosing filling colour index it's already possible and also preview subtitles before extracting them. When I add something more, it will be finished.
There are already some screenshots of release 0.1.
First release of KSubtitleRipper. It's enough simple, but it's stable.
